Is the order process secure?

Yes, College Bowl Tickets uses a secure encrypted ticket inventory and order system that allows you to transfer all of your transaction information safely. Your credit card information does not remain on the server to insure ongoing security.

What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We do not share your information with any third parties or use it for any other purpose than you College Bowl Tickets order. With our security features, your information can never be obtained by others when ordering through our company.

How do I order tickets?

Ordering your College Bowl Tickets is very easy. Select the College Bowl game you would like to attend and a list of available tickets will be displayed. Select your seating preference and you will be taken to our secure order form to finish the order process. Once your credit card information has been verified, your tickets will be sent to you right away.

What shipping options do you offer?

Our standard shipping is 2-day Federal Express, but we offer several alternative options during the order process. We can ship your College Bowl tickets overnight, priority mail, etc. Just select this option when ordering.

Can I have my tickets shipped to a different address than my credit card address?

Yes, alternative shipping addresses are available. Fill out the "Shipping Address" section on your online order form. Once we have received the order, we will contact you and fax an authorization form for you to fill out for the alternative shipping address. Tickets can be shipped directly to your hotel if you are out-of-town for the game.

Can I get a refund for my tickets if I decide not to attend the Bowl game?

Refunds or exchanges are not available for College Bowl tickets unless the event has been cancelled. Otherwise all sales are final.

Is College Bowl Tickets the official box office for College Bowl games?

No. College Bowl Tickets is an independent ticket broker offering sold out and premium seating tickets for all College Bowl games. We are not associated with the NCAA, Rose Bowl, Sugar Bowl, Orange Bowl, Alamo Bowl or any bowl organization, box office or ticketmaster. Our tickets are sold above face value, reflecting the cost to obtain these sold out and premium seating tickets.
